Welcome to Éclore. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of Éclore's boutique e-commerce platform, website, and bespoke services.
By traversing our digital domain, initializing an account, or acquiring a masterpiece from our collections, you commit to these Terms. Should you find any provision inconsistent with your intent, we respectfully request that you cease use of our services.

2.0 — Account Stewardship
To engage with the Éclore ecosystem, members must maintain the highest standards of eligibility and security.

3.0 — Code of Conduct
In preservation of the Éclore aesthetic and community, members agree to refrain from:

Every element within the Éclore platform — from the curvature of our digital interfaces to the high-resolution imagery of our pieces — is the exclusive intellectual property of Éclore.
"The Éclore mark, our editorial content, and the structural design of our boutique are protected by Philippine and International Intellectual Property statutes."
5.0 — Treasury & Acquisition
All acquisitions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Pricing is subject to the fluctuations of artisan craftsmanship and material availability.

6.0 — Restitution Mandate
We provide a 7-day window for the return of items that fail to meet our rigorous quality benchmarks upon delivery.

- Damage sustained during House Logistics
Items altered by the collector or custom-made pieces are exempt from standard returns.
7.0 — Global Logistics
Domestic fulfillments are orchestrated through our network of luxury logistics partners. Tracking architecture is available within the Member Dashboard.

8.0 — Limitation of Liability
9.0 — The Artisan Guarantee
Éclore provides a limited 6-month artisan warranty covering structural integrity and manufacturing craftsmanship of our jewellery pieces.
"Natural variations in stones, including inclusions and subtle color shifts, are celebrated as certificates of authenticity and are not considered defects."
10.0 — Harmony & Resolution
In the spirit of artisanal excellence, Éclore seeks to resolve any collectors' concerns through direct dialogue. Any dispute arising from your acquisition journey shall first be submitted to our Boutique Concierge for an amicable resolution process before pursuing formal digital arbitration.
11.0 — Regulatory Jurisdiction
These Terms and your relationship with Éclore shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively within the competent courts of Cavite, where our boutique heritage resides.
